All sales are final. All UTS products are inspected prior to shipping for damages. UTS will replace damaged products caused by shipping upon proof of damage. Please contact UTS for more information.

UTS uses paypal as the merchant account of our products and all transactions are processed through their secured site. An email confirmation of your order will be sent to you with a 10 digit numeric order #. All information collected from you has been done with your consent and is used solely for purchasing purposes.
Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of order, not including the time required for Urban Tree Salvage to process, package and ship your order. Transit times will vary depending on the service chosen. Urban Tree Salvage’s carrier of choice is Canada Post. Please note that UTS will not ship to a PO Box
